"Attitude is indeed everything, but it's not the obvious cause of disease because it takes a long time for attitudes to manifest into the body. So you can be running an attitude for a long time and be oblivious to it; then disease occurs, because you haven't changed your attitude."

"To become patient you have to live the truth of yourself, which is that you are an eternal entity who is experiencing a body and environment (time). Impatience is about time. Patience moves you outside of time and that is a very powerful, creative space. No time (palms together)."

"Disease is a great teacher when we are receptive and accepting of the answers. We have to be vigilant. What we're after is a total self-mastery. Imagine it. Imagine understanding life to the extent that we're at ease with everyone and everything..."

"There's a frustration here. It's a frustration to the very core of our Spiritual nature. It's the slow time in which we live. This causes us to be impatient. Now we can see it we can master it. The mastery then is becoming patient, calm and relaxed."

"We're not here so we can evolve our minds and thereby get a DNA upgrade in our next body; no, we're here to change our DNA (evolve our minds) and rejuvenate this body! That's the task..."

"You may be aware of what aspect(s) of your psyche you need to change in your life. If you're unaware or you choose not to change (evolve your DNA), sooner of later, you will suffer."

"We are here to appreciate and accept the simplist thing – that we are not really separate from other people and how we treat them is how we treat ourselves. If we are less than loving, disease ensues..."

"You may think it's about what you eat and/or drink but don't forget your attitude underpins that too. It's really all about what attitudes you are running and whether you can identify them in your life."

"When my mind disturbs me I remind myself of the truth – that I am not my mind."

"When you can see it you can be it. It's like a narrow passageway obstructed by bracken & brambles. Keep going through the narrow passageway and your consciousness will purify."

"Healing is the result of purifying your consciousness, your mind."

"When you become imageless you will lose your motivation for many things and many ways; it's an unfamiliar yet powerful place. Just focus on your attitude towards other people as they are a mirror for your attitude towards yourself."

"The demons in your mind are the demons in the Light – they're the same voices (thoughts). Now you know why your journey is to go beyond the Light."

"Only you can purify your consciousness and why would you want to do that? Because purging your mind results in healing your body! Why do you heal when you sleep? Because you don't have to contend with the 'voices' when you sleep (those thoughts that are rooted somewhere in your past). The retort to them is, 'I never want to go back to my past because there's nothing there that I want'. All dis-ease in your body is coming from your past thinking. Go to the future with new thinking..."

"The best way I can describe consciousness is to say there's 3 different windows downstairs and 4 windows upstairs. You don't get to open the upstairs windows until you've closed all 3 downstairs. Said another way – you don't reach fourth gear until you've moved out of one then two then three...
These lower 3 levels of consciousness are all 'past-based', meaning that when you are living there your past is influencing your future. In top gear (the best view) there are no past-based minds...
You can spice it up as much or as little as you like, but that all amounts to fantasy, which is the last mastery. To master yourself is to live differently to everyone else – different in the sense that you have stopped all fantasy and you only purposefully, consciously, create your reality.
If your mind keeps leading you down past roads; only you can stop that. It's always just a choice...
Your Spirit has you by an umbilical cord but the demons in the Light work hard to retain your subserviance – by constantly pushing you down past roads for the purposes of creating bodily redemption in you (emotional or sexual redemption). Your body responds whether the experiences are real or fantasy. Bringing this rot to a close is the mastery and this is what makes you a master."
"It's interesting how one can spend a considerable amount of time and money trying to discover the meaning of life, one's true identity and the imageless Spiritual journey; only to conclude that sacrificing Body Consciousness for Spiritual truth is also giving up on fun, pleasure and excitement in the hope of having an interdimensional experience. There's this paradox.
We may not be our bodies, but clearly we're here to experience them and surely that is to include some fun, pleasure and excitement? Lest we hide away in a cave without any mirrors and zero contact!"
“Some people have a tyrannical consciousness and some people have a victim consciousness and some people swing between the two. Similarly, some people are predators and some people are prey. All people are 2 or more of these programmes...
To stop the Tyrant programme you have to cease all aspects of control in your psyche, includung all of your cleverly disguised ulterior motives.
To stop the Predator programme you have to cease making all approaches and cease all of your self-induced orgasms. The predator feeds the orgasm and the orgasm feeds the predator. The only caveat to this is if you get approached, because under such circumstances you cannot be a predator. But beware – consciousness is very precise and is never fooled by those ulterior motive experts....
Why would you want to master these programmes? Because it's freedom on the other side...
There is no loss when you realise it was all just in your mind and you were doing it to yourself.”

This website is an oasis that I have provided for Spiritually-minded people to drink from if they so wish. Everyone advances or stagnates by the choices they make.
